I ran a tough test: is the Dubai real estate market ready for a client who arrives with their own AI assistant?
The answer was unpleasant: no. Not at all.
We modelled a typical European buyer's journey: remotely find a broker → choose an apartment → rent it out.
We checked 174 websites.
The results were, to put it mildly, a failure:
- 42 of 174 websites my AI agent couldn't even open
- Only 4 of 33 brokerage agencies gave full information on their brokers
- 0 of 38 developers showed a ready apartment with a unit number and price
- 0 of 52 management companies said in which currency the owner gets paid
This is a market where a deal costs hundreds of thousands of dollars. And it still works as if AI doesn't exist.
The problem is systemic. Almost everyone hits the same barriers.
I put it all into a short 5-page breakdown: 10 typical barriers that are costing sales right now, and 3 ready-made checklists for brokers, developers and management companies. Free, no sign-up: Dubai Real Estate Through an AI Assistant's Eyes: 10 Typical Barriers + 3 Ready-Made Checklists.
If you work in Dubai real estate and don't want to lose to those already adapting to AI clients, send me a message.
