An Independent News Site Wrote About Our Work. I Found Out From a Short Email

By Sergei Ponomarev · October 31, 2026

Today I got a short email with the subject "A little news from Signals News". I opened it and found two articles about our work.

Signals News is the news section of Portotify, run by Mehmet Ayaz. It covers AI security and accountability: vulnerabilities in AI tools, how agents are monitored, what happens when something goes wrong. This week they wrote about us. Nobody asked them to, and nobody paid.

The short story is about our pilot with NeoMundi. An AI agent booked an apartment viewing for a customer, then wrote a receipt of what it did. We did not take the receipt on trust. A validator checked it against the platform's own records. In the first run it found an email address in the receipt that did not match. Then we removed one completed action from an accurate receipt on purpose. The validator caught that too.

The long analysis goes further than the pilot. It describes the whole of AI Business: the AI Test Purchase method, the series on bank assistants, public-service chatbots, DMV bots and online shops, the free library, the Partner Stories, the expert register.

What touched me most is how carefully it is written. Mehmet checked everything against public sources. He kept every limit we set ourselves: a synthetic environment, not a certification, a register that verifies identity and not competence. And he described the idea in one line better than I usually do: compare what a company promised, what its AI told the customer, and what the records show.

Read them both:

One more thing in the analysis stayed with me. Most of the attention in AI goes to the biggest names. Mehmet wrote that AI Business gives independent founders, researchers and small teams a place to be seen. That is exactly why this site exists, and it is good to hear it from someone outside.

If you are building with AI and want to tell your story, submit it here. If you work in AI safety, governance or evaluation, join the expert register.

Thank you, Mehmet.
