Free AI Transparency Kit: Make Disclosure Feel Like Customer Care, Not Compliance

Free AI Transparency Kit: make disclosure feel like customer care, not compliance.

On 2 August 2026, the EU AI Act transparency requirements start to apply.

The basic idea is simple: if your business uses an AI assistant to interact with customers, you need to tell them clearly.

And this is not only a European trend. Similar disclosure requirements are already appearing in several US states, including California, Utah, Maine, and Colorado.

Many companies will treat this as another boring compliance task.

I think that would be a mistake.

Telling customers that you use AI can be a great reason to show care.

Not with a dry legal notice, but with a normal human message:

  • We value you.
  • We are improving our service.
  • We have introduced AI to help you faster and better.
  • Here is what AI can help with.
  • Here is when a human employee will step in.
  • And please tell us what else we can improve.

So I prepared a FREE AI TRANSPARENCY KIT with ready-to-use templates.

You can download it, adapt it, and use it in your own business.

Inside:

  • a social media post and customer email;
  • a one-page website notice and FAQ;
  • a customer rights card and simple privacy notice;
  • an "AI is answering you" label and short customer guide;
  • my favorite part: "AI Works Here" badges you can use on your website, in messengers, or in your office.

Everything is editable in PowerPoint.

I also included instructions so you can customize the materials together with your own AI assistant.

Use this not just to comply with the rules, but to:

  • show care,
  • collect feedback,
  • remind customers about your service,
  • and make your company better.

Download it for free — no email, no registration.
