Buying a Dubai Apartment Remotely Through an AI Assistant. Episode 2: Finding an Apartment

This is an independent research project by Sergey Ponomarev under the AI Business name. It was not commissioned or funded by any developer. On 26 October 2026, an AI assistant using Claude Code and a browser reviewed public developer websites for one buyer's task: find a new, ready one-bedroom apartment in Dubai for long-term rent, directly from the developer. Of 55 websites selected, 12 were not explored beyond terms that prohibited automated access, 5 could not be opened, and 38 were reviewed. Nine mentioned completed buildings with one-bedroom apartments; two of those sites marked the buildings sold out. We found no specific ready unit with its unit number, current availability and full price together. Two individual apartments in buildings under construction are shown separately as additional findings, not as answers to the ready-apartment request. The report records what appeared on the pages reviewed on that date. It does not confirm actual availability, assess building quality or developers, or provide a buying recommendation. No enquiries were sent, no forms submitted, and no apartment was booked or bought. It is not a ranking.
