DeepSeek's September 10, 2026 replacement for V4 Flash, released as open weights under the MIT licence. 1M-token context and up to 384K tokens of output, with a much smaller KV cache that makes long cached prompts very cheap. Listed prices are peak-hour rates (01:00-04:00 and 06:00-10:00 UTC on weekdays); off-peak everything costs half, $0.15 input and $0.60 output, and cache hits are $0.003 off-peak.
