Renting Out a Dubai Apartment Remotely Through an AI Assistant. Episode 3: Choosing a Holiday Home Operator

For holiday home operators

I asked Claude Code to find a company that would rent my JVC apartment to tourists while I live in Europe. Only two of 52 websites said directly that an owner can sign up without flying to Dubai, and none said in which currency the owner gets paid or what a transfer abroad costs.

This is an independent research project by Sergei Ponomarev under the AI Business name. It was not commissioned or funded by any operator. On 2 November 2026, an AI assistant using Claude Code read the public websites of Dubai holiday home operators for one owner's task: an owner living in Bulgaria wants to rent a one-bedroom apartment in JVC to tourists through a management company, without flying to Dubai. The AI looked for answers to 8 questions: JVC coverage, remote onboarding, owner documents and the DET permit, commission and its base, income estimates, payouts, repairs and damage, and contact details. Of 66 companies on the list, 1 was not explored beyond terms that prohibit automated data collection, 9 websites did not open, 4 could not be read, and 52 were read. The report gives all 21 commission rates found with links to the pages, how income estimates are built, payout days, best practices with named examples, five cases without names where an owner needs clarification, 8 questions to ask an operator before signing, the method and its limits, and a table for all 66 companies. It records what appeared on the pages read on that date. It does not assess the quality of management, actual returns or licences, and it is not advice on whom to sign with. No enquiries were sent and no forms submitted. It is not a ranking. If an operator finds a factual inaccuracy, please email info@aibusiness.vc with supporting evidence; confirmed corrections will be published with a date. Version 1.0, 3 November 2026; the PDF's SHA-256 is published next to it.
