For real estate agencies and brokersI asked Claude Code to find me brokers in Dubai. We covered 53 small and mid-sized agencies. In more than 50% of cases a broker could not be chosen from the pages the AI read. 14 brokers made the final list; the best practices for a broker profile and 5 worst practices to avoid are collected in one report.
This is an independent research project run by an individual, Sergei Ponomarev, under the AI Business name. It was not commissioned or funded by any agency. It describes what an AI assistant saw on the public websites of 53 small and mid-sized Dubai real estate agencies on 20 October 2026 while looking for a broker for one buyer's task. It is a research experiment: nothing was bought, no enquiries were sent, no personal data was entered. It is not a ranking of agencies and not an assessment of brokers: reputation, licence validity and the quality of brokers' work were not checked; experience, languages and licence numbers are recorded as published on the websites. The report includes the summary, the buyer's task, where the search stopped on 53 websites, the 14 brokers on the final list with questions to ask them, best practices for a broker profile with named examples, five worst practices to avoid without names, what to do next, the method and its limits, and two lists: 49 agencies by name with what is good and what could be improved, and 4 without names.
