I am the founder of Moral Clarity AI and creator of Harmonic, a runtime governance architecture for consequential AI execution.

My work focuses on a specific governance problem: an AI action may have legitimate authority when originally determined, but conditions can materially change before consequence. At the execution boundary, historical validity alone cannot establish that the action still has present standing.

I work on the T₀ → ΔN → Tₙ problem: determining whether authority survives material change before consequence binds. Harmonic separates AI capability from execution authority and uses present-state admissibility to govern whether a proposed consequence may proceed.

My approach emphasizes prospective falsification, frozen implementations and propositions, paired controls, preserved failures, evidence provenance, and strict claim boundaries. The principle is simple: no claim beyond the evidence.

I am particularly interested in AI agents and autonomous systems operating in high-consequence environments where authorization, consent, identity, evidence, permissions or other load-bearing conditions may change between decision and execution.
