Thomas Hormaza Dow is a business professor, researcher and practitioner working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, professional judgment and business education.
As Director of the Business Physics AI Simulation Lab, and creator or co-creator of applied frameworks including Agile Sales and REACT/RÉAGI, his work investigates how humans and AI can work together while preserving reasoning, accountability, adaptability and professional judgment.
