She is the architect of a proprietary behavioural governance architecture comprising behavioural protocols and AI agent instructions across customisable capability bundles, designed to address enterprise problems involving human oversight, reliance, authority, capability and changing Human AI conditions.

Her work focuses on risks that can remain invisible while AI systems are performing successfully and conventional technical controls remain intact: increasing dependency on AI, weakening independent challenge and verification, changing human intervention capability, migration of practical decision authority, and the gap between reported AI productivity and retained enterprise value.

Gaia Nexus can turn identified changes in Human AI conditions into structured Detection Events that external governance and enterprise systems can consume without requiring access to Gaia Nexus's protected derivation logic. This boundary approach has already been demonstrated through live interoperability testing with an independent AI architecture.
