About
I am an AI Governance & Technology Risk Specialist and Co-Founder of TauGuard Limited, focused on a fundamental problem in autonomous AI: how to ensure that AI systems can act without becoming the authority over what they are allowed to do.
My work focuses on deterministic AI governance, runtime authorization, architectural controls and enforceable decision boundaries for enterprise and agentic AI.
Through TauGuard Limited and the IFA (Intelligence From Architecture) framework, I work on architectures where probabilistic AI can propose, reason and operate, while deterministic governance retains authority over consequential actions.
The principle is simple: capability is not authority.
I focus particularly on the point where AI-generated intent becomes real-world execution - ensuring that admissibility is evaluated before consequence, refusals are structurally enforceable, authority is bounded and auditable, and governance remains effective even when AI components fail or behave unpredictably.
My interests include AI governance, autonomous systems, technology risk, runtime assurance, executable governance, AI assurance, regulatory architecture and the engineering of trustworthy AI systems.
