I am a systems architect working at the intersection of infrastructure intelligence, emerging technology, governance, and institutional continuity.
My work focuses on designing systems that can reason, coordinate, preserve evidence, and operate within explicit boundaries of authority. I develop constitutional and evidence-centered architectures for complex environments where decisions need to remain traceable, reviewable, and reconstructable over time.
My practice includes AI governance architecture, infrastructure intelligence, decision-support systems, agentic workflows, knowledge infrastructure, provenance, evaluation, verification, and institutional continuity.
I also work across regenerative infrastructure, environmental resilience, energy systems, public-sector program design, and community-scale development.
I am particularly interested in the layer between technical capability and legitimate execution: what a system can do, what it is authorized to do, what evidence supports an action, and how that action can later be independently reconstructed.
I work with organizations, founders, researchers, infrastructure teams, and institutions developing complex systems that need to remain useful as conditions, personnel, technologies, and governance requirements change.
