About
I am the founder of ANDEKS™, an independent bounded assessment approach for complex AI, digital and governance systems.
My work focuses on a specific question: what can legitimately be treated as established on the available evidence, and where does the permissible conclusion stop?
An ANDEKS assessment fixes the object being assessed, the proposition being tested and the evidence boundary before determining what the evidence is sufficient to support. Missing evidence, undefined criteria or assumptions are not filled in on behalf of the assessed party.
My current research covers evidence sufficiency, claim boundaries, temporal validity, reassessment, governance standing and the distinction between observed facts and conclusions that can legitimately be drawn from them.
I work independently from implementation and system-building roles. ANDEKS is not a certification, legal opinion or substitute for technical verification. Its purpose is to make the basis and limits of a conclusion explicit and independently challengeable.

- Independent assessment of a specific claim about an AI, digital or governance system: fixing what is assessed, what claim is tested, which evidence may be used and what is out of scope, then a bounded finding that states both the conclusion and its limits
