There is a moment in every office software shift when the argument stops being theoretical.
It does not happen in a keynote. It happens when the finance manager notices a new vendor on the card statement for the fifth month in a row. It happens when an operations lead says the team is drafting customer replies in Claude because the answers need fewer rewrites. It happens when the engineering manager quietly adds Anthropic to the approved tooling list because the developers already chose it with their own workflows.
